Practical help for airport and ferry transfers

Use your journey reference when contacting Strait Passage. For help before booking, provide your direction, travel date, party, flight timing, accommodation and luggage details directly to support.

Sources checked . Details marked unverified need an operations check for your trip.

Meeting points and pickup instructions

Your chosen operator determines the ferry terminal. Airport greeting, driver signs and accommodation pickup points must come from written instructions for your accepted itinerary. Check the St. Barts and Anguilla guides below; do not travel to a dock based only on an island pair.

Luggage and mobility needs

Check each ferry and ground-transfer allowance separately. Tell support about large cases, sports equipment, wheelchairs and assistance needs before paying. Voyager requires advance declaration and operator authorization for special assistance. Accessibility, vehicle capacity and baggage acceptance for the complete journey are not verified by a package listing.

Delayed flights and missed departures

Tell support promptly when arrival timing changes or a sailing is cancelled. The team needs to check the remaining legs with their operators. Do not assume reserved space on another departure, free waiting, a private vehicle or a guaranteed connection to your international flight.

Cancellation, changes and supplier refusal

Read the Strait Passage terms and the applicable operator rules before payment. If an included service cannot be supplied, we will offer an alternative or a refund option with your agreement. Other cancellations and missed connections follow the applicable terms. An operator’s direct-ticket policy does not by itself establish the resolution for a multi-leg Strait Passage request.

Support expectations

Contact hello@straitpassage.com or call +1 305 339 4339, the channels published by Strait Passage. Staffed hours and emergency response times have not been verified for these guides. The promised update within 24 hours after payment is a coordination update and does not establish operator acceptance.

Payment and operator confirmation

Payment comes before manual operator confirmation. Strait Passage contacts the operators after you pay and promises an update within 24 hours of payment. That update may still report pending services; it is not a promise of confirmed availability. A complete journey is confirmed only after every included leg is accepted. If an included service cannot be supplied, we will offer an alternative or a refund option with your agreement; your itinerary will not change without your agreement.

How coordination works

Operator and terminal sources

Operator procedures describe their own services; they do not establish a Strait Passage reservation or supplier relationship.
