Where do I meet the driver and ferry?
The exact Strait Passage airport greeting point and sign are not yet verified. Obtain written pickup instructions before travel. Voyager identifies its Marigot office at the ferry terminal and its St. Barts office at the Gustavia ferry quay. Great Bay Express identifies Bobby’s Marina in Philipsburg and the marina in Gustavia. Use the terminal for your selected operator.
How much time should I allow after landing?
Great Bay Express recommends reaching check-in 45–60 minutes before departure. Voyager’s published terms generally require being ready at least 20 minutes before departure unless otherwise specified; reconfirm the deadline for your sailing. These are ferry rules, not airport connection allowances. Immigration, baggage collection, road travel and contingency all need additional time. Strait Passage has no verified combined minimum here; ask support to assess your inbound flight before choosing a sailing.
What luggage can travel?
Voyager’s published terms limit each item to 25 kg and 100 × 80 × 50 cm; included allowance depends on fare class and excess may cost extra. This is not an unlimited-baggage package allowance. What if the flight or crossing is delayed?
Contact Strait Passage promptly with your journey reference and updated arrival information. Weather and delays can change a sailing. Replacement transport, waiting time, extra charges and refund treatment require case-specific agreement; do not assume the ferry will wait or that a later departure is reserved.
Payment and operator confirmation
Payment comes before manual operator confirmation. Strait Passage contacts the operators after you pay and promises an update within 24 hours of payment. That update may still report pending services; it is not a promise of confirmed availability. A complete journey is confirmed only after every included leg is accepted. If an included service cannot be supplied, we will offer an alternative or a refund option with your agreement; your itinerary will not change without your agreement.
