How Strait Passage coordinates your journey
Strait Passage coordinates services provided by transport operators. An airport shuttle, island crossing and accommodation transfer are separate legs; the package’s listed services define what you are requesting.

1. Describe and check the trip
Choose the journey and package, then explicitly choose a travel date and traveler count. Check the departure port and operator, destination coverage, luggage, connection timing and any local charges. Ask for assistance when a required fact is missing.
2. Review the current quote and pay
The dated booking quote determines the amount due. Guide fares are catalog references, not a seat hold. Payment is made before Strait Passage contacts the operators manually; a receipt or Strait Passage booking reference identifies the paid request.
3. Receive the coordination update
Payment comes before manual operator confirmation. Strait Passage contacts the operators after you pay and promises an update within 24 hours of payment. That update may still report pending services; it is not a promise of confirmed availability. A complete journey is confirmed only after every included leg is accepted. If an included service cannot be supplied, we will offer an alternative or a refund option with your agreement; your itinerary will not change without your agreement.
4. Check the final instructions
Use the operator-accepted itinerary and written meeting instructions for travel. If an included service cannot be supplied, we will offer an alternative or a refund option with your agreement. An agreed alternative still needs operator acceptance. A refund request is complete only after the payment provider verifies the actual refund; a recorded choice does not itself return funds.
